We converted a warehouse adjacent to The Off Center Theater into the “Off Shoot”, a rehearsal space for Grrl Action and The Rude Mechanicals theater company.  A rebar ladder provides access to loft storage and doubles as window security.  Remnant commercial rubber base is repurposed as a waterproof restroom wall cover.  Desks, shelves and cubbies were constructed from donated doors by Hull Supply.  These cabinetry built-ins were fabricated by Studio 512 and Steve Ross’s AREA-ER class at UT School of Architecture.
